I've added the
Online Supernatural Book Discussion to the groups and upcoming events/calendar. This is a chat-based monthly group run by some folks at the Homewood Public Library. From their page:
We wanted to create a place where we all can share our love of reading the paranormal in a place without judgement. A place where our love for vampires, witches, mermaids, etc. is accepted and enjoyed.
The book discussion is open to anyone who wants to participate, whether you are a Homewood patron or not, whether you live in the Chicago-land area or Forks, Washington, as long as you've read the book. We only ask that you are respectful to all participants and their thoughts and opinions.
This may be the last currently-extant SF/F Chicagoland group to be added to the site, unless there are some out there that have left no clues for me on the web. If you know of any more clubs that should be on the list,
please let me know!
