More New Things

• Another YA-for-Adults group is starting up! Fabulous Lushes, meeting at Three Aces in Little Italy.
• I've also added two more Chicagoland groups to the lineup: Homewood and Naperville!
• A new independent bookstore, Roscoe Books, just opened in--you guessed it--Roscoe Village. Right around the corner from me, which is exciting. They have a small but extremely decent SF/F & YA selection--a lot of upcoming or recent book-club picks are on their shelves.

It's the end of the year so there are a lot of "Best of 2014" lists starting to pop up, I'll probably do a round-up of some of those soon. In the meantime, you can check out the Science Fiction Awards Database and see who the big winners were this year.
