Hey everyone, just a quick note to let you know that I (and Positron) are very much alive. It's been a very busy May, and getting busier--Wiscon, glorious Wiscon is only 10 days away, and I'm polishing an academic paper, prepping for panels, and trying to help out with the doomed-to-be-fabulous Think Galactic party that Friday night.
I've also had a delightful/overscheduled nerdy few weeks here. Particularly of note was attending some of the SFWA Nebula Weekend here in Chicago. Delightful spread of awards this year. Also, you may have caught me semi-live tweeting DePaul's "Celebration of Star Trek" pop conference, which was really great.
All to say: apologies! I have a few meeting notes updates on the backburner, and I will be playing lots of catch-up after Wiscon. I'm going to be tweeting/blogging about/at Wiscon as I'm able.
Calendar updates are continuing, really it's the only thing Positron is about.
I've got a lot of ideas and excitement for the site for the rest of the year. More soon!
