There are, dear readers, tons of great events coming up over the next month or so, including lots of great stuff connected to One Book One Chicago (Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?) and One Book One Northwestern (The Handmaid's Tale).
Tomorrow (3/7) is Deep Dish, Chicago's premier speculative reading night, at Volumes Books in Wicker Park! This is growing into a really exciting series, highly recommended.

- 4/4: Caitlin Starling & Peng Shepherd read from The Luminous Dead and The Book of M at 57th Street Books.
- 4/7: Science Fiction to Science Fact: NASA innovators talk at the Museum of Science & Industry.

Events & Gatherings!
- Bucket O'Blood's 3rd annual Lovecraft Death Day Soiree is March 15.
- C2E2 is March 22-24. There's a heftier literary presence here than usual (Mary Robinette Kowal, S.A. Chakraborty, Cory Doctorow, many more), as well as lots of wild stuff
- The Chicago YA Book Festival is April 6.
- Chicago Star Wars Celebration is April 11-15.
- The Windy City Pulp & Paper Convention is April 12-14.
- This year's DePaul Pop Culture Conference, A Celebration of Disney, is May 4. These conference are always a blast, a perfect balance of academic insight and fannish enthusiasm.
- Finally, it's not too early to be thinking about the illustrious Wiscon, May 24-27 in Madison.
